PoE2 supporter packs physical items shipping
Dear GGG,
I sent an e-mail to support@grindinggear.com on the 16th of December, regarding some issues I am experiencing with purchasing a PoE2 supporter pack, specifically with the shipping of physical items, and I still have not received any reply back to this day. @Sian_GGG I also have received no response from support since over 2 weeks. There is just zero information on when will the physical goods be send, whether there is a problem or whatever is happening. I paid 480$ plus 80$ shipping cost. Saying that you have a lot of support tickets while providing zero information is unacceptable. You could send at least a confirmation to people that you're working on their request instead there is just silence. Why are the physical goods not being send ?
