PS5 / Website
Hello,
I play on my PS5 and, when I go to the website and log in via my email, it says that I do not have early access and to pay to set it up. This is odd, but not a huge issue, as I do have access and play it regularly. The problem is that when I go to add the new loot filters, they do not show up in game. I presume this is somehow due to my PS5 playing the game and the site saying that I don't have the game. Any advice or support would be appreciated. Last bumped on Jan 18, 2025, 2:42:26 AM

I found a work around for anyone else with this issue. I Uninstalled the game, cleared my cache, logged back and created a character on my unused merged account. Exited back to menu, swapped to my main profile and then the loot filter loaded.
