cordyceps bowskin issue

So about 3 weeks ago maybe a bit longer the cordyceps bow skin was in the store, I bought the skin. went to equip it and it never worked, says not supported in this game version. I log in the next day to see it was removed from the store. I figured ok maybe just an issue with it and you guys would have it fixed in a week or two. it has now been 3+ weeks and i would at least like my coins back..  my account number is NerfMeOG#7747
