Help I can’t buy anything in shop.

Hi in last few weeks i try to buy some point to upgrade my stash by using Razer Gold.And it said “1092: Your payment was declined for security reasons. Please try again using a bank/prepaid card for additional verification of your account. Otherwise, contact our customer support for further assistance.”. So i contact GGG support for a week and still not getting any reply. Then yesterday I try to buy again and I still cant buy anything.

Actually, I didn’t buy it myself. In my country, we have an online shop where things are cheaper than usual. I tried to buy from different shops, and both of them told me the same thing—that my account couldn’t make any purchases. Both shops use Razer Gold.
