Original $60 pack Transaction # - 1555814092 Username - ThatsMine88#6018 30$ Pack - REFUND please Transaction number 1576192948 Someone named Chris from your support team asked for my transaction / account info on Wed, Dec 18, 2024 at 5:39 PM (message below) I replied with my info but have received no responses since then about resolving my issue. Please unlock my account. I have no characters or gear to transfer over I just selected create new account by mistake instead of selecting the steam pack I purchased now I cant play the game I'm stuck in at the login menu. If it is easier to just refund both packs i purchased below so i can start fresh that's fine lets do it please its been 2 months since i have paid you $60 for the supporter pack then another $30 to try and get it working and have not been able to play the game at all I WILL REPURCHASE THE PACKS IF YOU REFUND ALL I WANT TO DO IS PLAY THE GAME I PAID FOR PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
