Support ticket never resolved

I submitted a support ticket a on 12/6/24 and didn't receive a response until 12/15/24

they asked a few questions and I provided all the information necessary, and I was told it should get resolved. then nothing. no responses. I figured "Well its the holiday season, they're all taking a break"

but a month later, still no response. I've even sent two "Just checking in on the status of my ticket" emails in case they were lost at the bottom of the stack and still have heard nothing up to over a month and a half later.

I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing.

I also understand that a lot of focus has shifted to PoE2, but my ticket is somewhat tied directly between PoE 1 and 2 and so I've tried to be as patient and understanding as I can be.

I appreciate the prompt response. I have been holding off on picking up the largest PoE 2 supporter pack until I know I can rely on GGG.
