Request for Refund – Liberator Supporter Pack Physical Items

Hi Path of Exile Support Team,
I am writing to request a refund for the Liberator Supporter Pack I purchased, as I have encountered ongoing issues with receiving the physical items included in the pack. I’ve been in communication with your support team for over a month now regarding this matter, with the email chain titled "Shipping for Early Access Supporter Packs" started on Dec 12th, 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups on my part, I’ve only received a single reply two weeks ago, and unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. As the Liberator Supporter Pack is advertised to include the 3 physical items which I was really hoping to receive, I feel that the delay and lack of resolution has left me with no other option but to request a refund for the pack. I am no longer interested in a different resolution due to the great frustration this has caused. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate your prompt assistance in processing this refund.
