Account locked

Hello

My account enjoyme#3543 was locked because of 3 unathorized purchases. I got a refund but account still locked

I contact support almost one and half month ago but still didnt get any response, even automatic

I have provided all info with transaction ids and etc, my account name, hero name, change my passowrds, but i hear silence from support

Guys, may i ask you to do something, because its unfair to be banned in game what i paid for and bought some points becasuse of some shit and did not do any moves from you to be unbanned

I understand, but take a look whats happening.
Users cant even understand if their email reached you correctly and some ticket has been created, no any due dates, automatic responses or somnething.

From my point of look this task can be automated for this period of time, stuff can be hired even exact for this cases.
