Transfer Epic games stash tabs to Steam client POE2

Hey

I contacted someone in the GGG team about transferring my stash tabs that I have from poe 1 to poe 2

I was playing on the epic games client but have now recently moved to the steam client

When I talked to someone from support on the 10th December, they said this was possible and since then I have had no contact back after 3 follow up emails

Is there any chance I can still get this or get some help please or a reply

I understand the holiday break did happen too so im hoping this was the cause
