can't see anything that drops in the game it does not show

After the update, I got the item filter, and everything was fine till I crashed; when I logged back in the game, I didn't see any drops in the map that were all missing, so I deleted the item filter and changed it back to the default, I still can't see any drops in the game. I deleted the game and re-downloaded it, but it still is not working. I need help
