Filtering by Percentile Tier of Implicit Modifiers?

I would like to filter my Implicit Magic and Normal bases to only show those that are in the 75th percentile or higher. Is there a way to do this in POE2? I see a command by filtering whether or not there is a Implicit modifier just wondering if there is a way to further refine that to my needs.

I thought would look something like this

Show
Class == "Body Armours"
BaseType "Expert Rogue Armour"
Rarity == Normal Magic
ItemLevel >= 79
HasImplicitModifier True >= 75 (For this example 75 is the 75th percentile of the hp roll ranging from 60-80)

but upon trying to load filter I had no success. Thoughts?
