Refund for my microtransaction

Hi there, I recently cought a pack in the game I was wondering if I can get a refund out of it so I can buy king of the faridun supporter pack instead. I mistakenly bought the pack for I thought I could equip the skins. Just wanted a refund so I can get a skin that I can equip. I submitted an email on support@grindinggear.com but I havent gotten any response yet. I mean they actually responded but I forgot to add some information in for I have dyslexia and didnt got a respond back. If anyone could help me that would be great :)
