PS5 purchased points but have not received them
Hey I made a 200 points purchase through the micro transaction store, I was charged for the points but have not received them. It's been 3 days since that purchase, I've sent out 2 seperate emails asking for help and screenshots of the receipt/proof of purchase and have not heard back. Could someone please help me with this issue. Thank you
