maybe cause a level 1 character has nothing to trade?

This isn't a reasonable argument, I could kill the first monster and an orb of transmutation drops Or even an Exalted orb drops and I would still be level 1.

Ok This makes a little bit of sense, But I feel they could enable it at the end of say ACT 1 normal instead of Act1 Cruel. It's a complete burden when you find for example an Exalted and you want to trade it for Transmutation Orbs or Greater Essence or "A Greater Jewelers Orb" on your campaign playthrough and you Can't even find the Current Market Price ratio and have to gamble on the trade website etc. This feature should be unlocked much much earlier then they have implemented. There is people in the guild countless times asking "What's the going rate for this from Alva" "Can you sell it for me through alva"
