3 weeks with no support response for PAID ITEMS! Disgusting!
Last attempt at getting support before I quit the game and request a refund.
I have emailed a request to support on the _29TH OF DECEMBER_!!!!! I have followed up that email 4 times, still have not received ANY SUPPORT RESPONSE AT ALL! This my first time playing a Path of Exile and a GGG games, so I did not expect this level of contempt for there player base. How can the support and indifference to there customers be this bad???? You literally just made 10s of millions of dollars. PLEASE!!! CAN ANYONE FROM GGG HELP ME????? Last bumped on Jan 17, 2025, 8:03:46 PM
