items have been missing randomly

today i had a weapon for 20 divs that i found was not in my inventory or my hand anymore and i went back in the atlas map and found it on the ground when i didn't drop it. now I also got a audience of a king that was posted in currency exchange and it is gone as well, i did not sell it or anything and it just was gone. am i going crazy or can devs tell me what happened to the item?

i know restorations cant happen but can you at least tell me what happened with my items somethings weird happening.
