Microtransactions still not working properly

On January 4th i bought a 200 point bundle on Playstation dashboard so I could buy some stash tabs on sale. We'll 2 weeks later I still havnt recieved my coins. I've already payed for them. I've sent 2 emails to support for help with no responce. Currently the store in game on ps5 still don't work. This is fustrating. Anyone else having this issue?
