ACT 2 no mission bug

I have no live mission when in act 2. Looking at the map, i can see the quest at the end of act 1 with the hooded man. Once i go through the cutscene i get placed in act 2 with no quest again. (i have previously killed the first boss in the area of act 2 and did originally have quests).

You should be good to proceed then, even without the quest 'active'.

Walk past Zarka towards the Caravan. Once you get close enough, the area transition should appear.
