PC Crashing On Start Up

Details on problems you're experiencing, and if it's occurring when certain skills are being used, or in certain areas/situations.
-On boot up the game crashes my whole PC. This specifically happens when the GGG logo is shown on screen when the game first launches. This issue causes my PC to force reboot. I am currently on windows 10. This issue happens on both windows 10 and 11. I have tried both. I have attempted all known troubleshooting efforts from changing the CPU affinity while the game is running to uninstalling and re installing. I have swapped OS versions (clean wiped my PC). I have used 3 different hard drives as well.

Computer specs: CPU, GPU, RAM.
-CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
-GPU: 3080 TI
-RAM: 32Gb DDR4
-Currently on windows update 22H2. The crashing has also happened on windows 11 version 24H2.


Game Settings: Renderer, Triple Buffering, Multithreading, etc. And if changing any of these helps.
-I am unable to get into game to verify these settings.

Videos or screenshots of your client when it's happening, with performance graphs on (F1 in-game).
-Unable to provide screenshots due to crashing while the game loads.

I am having the same issue. I have to load into game 3-4 times before its stops locking up my whole pc. I have since the launch of this game had this happen over 50 times. Just the past few days I have had my whole pc freeze and had to force restart (hold down power button) 15 times. This should be the number one priority before "patches" I should have to try every work around know on the internet to just play your game. This is getting beyond unreasonable and after the amount of money I have spent on the game over 200 USD I i no longer feel the want or desire to play this game. Process Lasso hasn't worked for me either

The forms are parked full with tons of this same tread and yet I cant recall if GGG has even spoken out about this. I would love to provide you with benchmarks and numbers if I was able to load into the game and get them.

GPU: AMD 7 7700X
MoBo: ROG STRIX B650-A WIFI
GPU: 4060 TI 16GB
SSD: 2TB 990 PRO (2x)
RAM: 32 GB DDR5
Windows 11

With these specs and all work arounds done (fyi i shouldn't have to use work arounds to play a game) I have my CPU hitting over 100% load every time I start up the game not even making it to the login screen and hard crash my pc. IF i get into the game I can run a handful of maps and then crash again when "loading" into new map (hard crash force reset). Then rinse and repeat. This has now become a daily occurrence and has gotten me to the point of not wanting to play. I was hoping with the 0.1.1 patch this would be fixed yet it looks like it has been made worse. So please reach out to me GGG if you have a fix otherwise in 2 days I will email customer support and explain what I have laid out in this tread and do my best to try and get refunded for everything I have spent on POE 2 thus far.
