Temple Of Chaos in act 3 - instance bugged

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else ran into this issue - in act 3 temple of chaos, I did a run with the ascendancy key (the one that's repeatable) but died at the end - ever since that the door is stuck open and I am unable to start a new instance - I get the "operation could not be completed" error message. When trying to enter anyway it says the good old "subarea no longer exists" line. I tried to log out & log in, tried to reset the instance etc. but the trial door is still open & can't reopen a new instance.

Any ideas on this one?
