[BUG] POE2 Reforge no longer interactable after migrating from ssf

Repro Steps

pre requirements
Have a standard character with some progression
Have a character with progression to the end game in SSF (with reforge unlocked)

Repro steps
Launch title
Navigate to SSF player
Choose to migrate that player to standard league
Observe the user is no longer able to interact with the reforge


additional information
Reforge that was sitting in hideout is now also missing.

Doesn't sound like a bug?

The reforging bench is a form of league-wide progress. After you unlock it, even a fresh act 1 character will be able to access it.

Because it's league-wide progress, access to it is tied to the league the character is in, not to the character itself.
