Questions about Early Access Keys

I apologize if this has been posted elsewhere but I have a few questions about my extra 'Path of Exile 2 Early Access Key' and '+1 Path of Exile 2 Early Access Key'. I have two of each for four in total.
I am on PC and my friend plays on Xbox, can they still redeem a key? Are the keys region locked?  I sent an email to support@grindinggear.com a few days ago, however they have yet to respond. Thank you for the help. Last bumped on Jan 17, 2025, 4:49:57 PM

Hi there, the PC Path of Exile 2 Early Access Keys will not work on console. If they wish to play on the console Early Access they will need to purchase an Early Access pack via the console store. I hope this helps!
