I log in, and i see 5 different bots spamming the same message about their website [Removed by Support] within 10 seconds ....
IP-ban them all please. I can imagine that even after banning these bots, 3 new ones pop up. Cant you program an auto-ban system that just bans everybody that mentions their website ? And then update it every few days because these sellers will get creative by spelling their website differently ? Or just ban people that buy their stuff. Won't work in a million years, the only option is to remove trade entirely and balance around SSF. I know the boosters and wallet gamers will complain, but it's the only way.

That wouldn't even matter though as any bot would use a VPN and can change their IP whenever. Hardware id bans would be more effective but they're still most likely using virtual machines to run multiple clients and could effectively change their hw id. Account bans would be effective while in EA as that's $30 a pop but won't matter once the game releases. Here's an idea, link global names to character names so that I can Ignore the Account and not just the player with the Fksjdhfkjsh name. Then, set up the back end to whenever an Account gets Ignored X number of times, they are silently muted; meaning they can talk as much as they want, they see their text in chat, but nobody else does.

You realize GGG's parent company is Tencent right, where most of the bots originate from? Bots are money for them. Same with your account information. Right to China.
