[PoE2] Issue with Missing Character After Logging into Multiple PCs

Dear Support Team,

I encountered an issue where my character (Ranger) disappeared after attempting to log into my account from two different PCs. Here’s what happened:

1. I was logged into my account on PC1.
2. I tried to log into a second account on PC2, but I forgot to change the email address on PC2.
3. As a result, I was logged out of my account on PC1.
4. When I tried to log back into my account on PC1, I was presented with a screen prompting me to create a new character. After creating a new character, I checked the character selection screen, but my original character (Ranger) was no longer available.
