Microtransaction fail
I purchased the $75 upgrade pack and it charged me but never went to my account. I emailed support and it’s been over a week now with no response. I don’t know what to do. I’d like my items or the money back so I can get something else

Is this the same support that goes over those emails? It’s been two weeks since I’ve heard anything In email form and was responded to almost immediately on this forum
