Cant Open Atlas Tree at All

Neither clicking on the button manually or doing the hotkey is opening the Atlas tree, i know i have it unlocked, im level 69 and i have Cataclysm's Wake almost completed, but i cant open the tree, tho my brother can and hes at the same spot, as we finished Cruel together with him as the group leader. Is it possible that because i was in his party it just is somehow not unlocking for me?
