Lost a copper citadel after the patch.. and then lost another mid boss fight.

Killed the arbiter of ash, but I died as he died. Now the fight is done, but I cant reach the object that fell. This is so frustrating, this was my first try at him as well. Cant reach it due to the blockages respawning on each side as if I was restarting the fight.
