High Ping Spikes on Ps5 - EU (unplayable)

Since this morning, the game has been unplayable for me. It has to be a problem on the server side, because i checked every other possible solution on my side. Ping sometimes stabilizes for 10 to 20 seconds and then begins crashing every 2 to 5 seconds. I also changed regions in EU plus my DNS settings.
