Ps5 Coins cant use on webshop

I just saw all the goods that came into the Game with update. So i bought some coins on console just to recognize, that I cant nix anything from website with the console coins. Is there any way to exchange the ps5 coins to normal? Or at least buy the stuff I want with it?

You should be able to spend points purchased on PlayStation through the in-game microtransaction shop while playing on PlayStation. I hope this helps!

As I Said I want to purchase via website, the microtransactions that just released are not in the ingame Store only on the Website Store.
So unfortunately it does not help for now, but thanks for the answer. |

Is it not possible to Transfer the ps5 coins to normal coins useable in the Shop?
It is really frustration spending Money, just to get nothing I want from the Shop.. |

In the end, you will find that the special effects or costumes purchased on the website can not be used in the game. The answer I got is please wait patiently. I only know that my money is wasted.

My problem is that the gargoyle wing I bought on January 10 doesn't work. After the game update on January 16, the update notes mentioned that the wing can be used in Path of Exile 2. I was excited. After I updated the game, it still doesn't work. I feel it's a small bug. I've been waiting for seven days. I just want a refund now.
