Olroth not spawning

I may be the unluckiest player alive, but I have now done over 25+ expeditions all 79+ and none have had the Olroth spawn. Is there something I am missing or is there a bug?

Ok, I just have to jump in on this.


I've been exclusively juicing expedition in towers and farming logbooks for the better part of 4 days.

I've opened at minimum 30+ 79-82 Logbooks and have had zero Olroth's spawn for me.


In fact, I would say Olroth hasn't spawned since I put on the jewel.

Same here, not a single Olroth in 20+ logbooks. My guess it has something to do with expedition quest.

I have done fewer than 20, but more than 15, level 79+ logbooks and also have not found Olroth once. Better than half of those logbooks I purchased via trade.

I'm not sure I understand the game design behind randomness in finding the boss, especially if we can't measure or interact with it as our progression is blocked.
