Help linking accounts?

I'm having trouble with linking my Steam purchase with my PlayStation account. All my characters are only available on PS5, and I'd really like to play on PC.
I reached out via email Dec. 30th and haven't gotten a reply, can someone here please help me? Last bumped on Jan 17, 2025, 3:37:30 PM

You should be able to link your account to Steam from your Manage Account page here. If you encounter any issues with this, you'll need to contact us at support@grindinggear.com for assistance. I was able to link my Steam account, but now I'm not showing the 300 points from the Early Access Supporter Pack as available. What do I need to do?
