I bought Founders pack again and not receive points

So l've bought Founders pack from PSN Store twice and not receive points for a second pack the transaction is already complete but the thing is when i check the purchase history there's one in psn store but not in poe website i've contacted sony and they said there's nothing wrong with the system i should contact GGG myself and i did it's been 5 days still no response please help.

Im currently facing similar issues where the points went to an alt account instead of my main. Been over a month since I dropped them an email, support asked me some questions and they never got back to me again :( hope they see our issue mate
