After the Update - Lagging

Like the Thread title is saying...I updated the actual Patch and since then my character is freezing/lagging behind a few seconds. My internet is good, so no issue there. I changed the realms a few times, still lagging. I'm not sure if I'm the only one with the problem right now or somebody else has the same issue. Would be good to get Feedback so GGG could maybe work on that.

Same for me, unplayable on PS5-EU since yesterdays patch. Tried changing DNS and Regions multiple times, still large ping spikes all the time.
