I sent the email at 2025.01.05 & 2025.01.11, There's no reply from GGG. ------------------------- Hello, thank you for your help in advance. (My account: cheng286#1564) I bought early access poe2 on XBOX, which means i had 300p. I tried to buy Currency Stash for 60p and Essence Stash for 30p. The problem is I bought Currency Stash Tap 60p each * 2. It was supposed to be 210p left (300 - 60p - 30p) I have 2 Currency Stash Tap and 1 Essense Stash Tap with 150p left at the moment Can you help me to get a refund for 1 Currency Stash Tap? There's something mistaken on Xbox Microtransaction tap. I want 1 Currency Stash Tap(-60p) + 1 Essence Stash Tap(-30p) -------------------------------------------- Please answer this Thread,,,,,, I already sent email 2 times by now. I wouldnt expect a response anytime soon. I emailed them on December 6th and an extremely basic account issue still hasn't been solved.
Its beyond pathetic. They make money hand over fist, have extremely wealthy backers and know that they're going to see a spike in support requests because they release buggy crap in regards to MTX migration (their words). The smart thing to do would be to prepare ahead of EA launch that they delayed like 4 times. They had plenty of time and did nothing. Absolute greed. |
