Need to pay 2 times for early access and still dont have my currency ?

I payed for the early access 2 times first time the early access after that the 100 euro pack where i did not get any discount so i payed for the early access again and i payed for some currency that i never got and the game dont show me at all i payed for it but in my playstion account i can see i did

Can you please try opening your in-game shop to see if this helps to refresh your account's entitlements?
If this doesn't help, it may also help to load up the Path of Exile 1 client on your PlayStation and try logging into the game and checking the in-game shop using the Path of Exile 1 client to see if this can refresh your account's entitlements. If you still aren't seeing your purchase then I'm afraid this isn't something we are able to help with over the forums so we ask that you contact our team at support@grindinggear.com and provide your Path of Exile account name as well as the four-digit discriminator and the names of a couple of your characters so that we can look into things further with you. | |

I did my playstion show me I payed for it and on your site I cant find anything I have screen shots from playstion that wil show me every payment I made but on your site I dont see anything from my last payment and I just find out there more people with the same problem they pay for something and get nothing
