GGG Support???

Does anyone know the current time for them to respond to tickets? I emailed support on Dec. 20th and only got 1 reply that was not helpful. I bought the Liberator of Wraeclast pack and still have not received any tracking or updates on when I will get my physical items and GGG support is non-existent. Anyone else having this issue? Pretty ridiculous to spend 500 USD to not get what I paid for and have 0 support communication.

I haven’t bought physical items in a long time but there’s no tracking for those items and depending on where you live shipping could take anywhere from 4-10 months. You’ll just have to be patient and wait.
Mine is from 25th of December and i didnt even get a respond ...
14 December here, the support system is a joke
If I were you at this point I would not expect a reply from them at all.
Asked me some question and answered them on 27th Dec. Nothing from them after that...
18th December!
Never ever spend a dime again!
7th december - no answer - nothing.
