I bought a pair of wings called Gargoyle Wings Styx on January 10th and they are not working. I sent you an email but didn't get a reply. Please help me fix this problem. Account number I thought yesterday's update would fix this problem but it still doesn't work

To clarify, purchases made on your account while playing on PlayStation will only be available while playing on PlayStation, and similarly purchases made while not playing on PlayStation will not be usable on PlayStation.

If you'd like to use the microtransaction while playing on PlayStation, you would need to purchase it using points you purchased through PlayStation.
If you'd like to use the microtransaction while playing on platforms other than PlayStation, you would need to purchase it using points you purchased outside of PlayStation. If you'd like to use the microtransaction on all platforms, you'd need to purchase it twice - once on PlayStation, and once outside of PlayStation. I hope this clarifies things for you! | |
