Unable to See Modifier Tiers on Item Inspect - Post Patch

Title says it all. Unless im being a dumbo and not seeing the option to turn it on in the game menu, since the patch I can't see modifier tiers when I look to inspect Item

With l3 I can see the level of the item and the level of each stat but somehow, the tier indicator disappeared

Same. This is a frustrating change. Having to inspect an item and then hold down L3 to view the tier and category is just unnecessary. make it a toggle setting please.

Just to add on, I think the worst bit is how we can't even hover over to the tiers when you inspect with L3, denying you any info on what category the mod is in. Once you do manage to go there using a claw method on your controller, selecting the tier doesn't even work for you to inspect it!

I do hope this is a bug and not a conscious design change, because man it is just worse all around.
