I got hacked and changed an email

Hi, I got hacked by someone and they changed my email to theirs. How can I change back to mine again? Only way that I can access to this account right now is via steam's acc that I link it. Get Rdy for your Account getting locked, same situation happend to me, i still used steam then to lock in, but after the support responded to me they locked my account for security reasons. Waiting now since 4 weeks to get it unlocked again
