POE Website doesn't recognize POE2 License
I can still access the game fine on my PS5, yet when I log in on the POE website through the PS app, on my main account menu under "Path Of Exile 2 Early Access", it states that I do not have access to the POE2 EA.
Funny enough, in this very account I see the purchase of the Supporter Pack under the "Transactions" Menu and one of my POE2 characters on the dashboard as well. I want to set up a loot filter for PS5 but POE2 does not show up in the dropdown menu within the "Loot Filter" section. Somehow the website doesnt recognize my license, even though I can play on the console no problem. Has anyone had any similar issues? Is there a way to solve it besides waiting for support to get back to me via Email? Thanks a lot! Last bumped on Jan 19, 2025, 9:54:02 PM

To clarify, the website early access page just shows your PC access. If you've purchased one of the console Early Access packs you will have access on that console.

I am not sure I get it. Am I not supposed to log into my account on the pathofexile.com to set up the loot filters? Or are you just saying that my license for Ps5 won't show up in the menu I mentioned before, but that theoretically I should still be able to select the loot filters, etc?
Right now, after logging in on the pathofexile website, it seems like it doesnt recognize my poe2 access because in the "Characters" menu my Poe2 characters do not show up and I cannot select POE2 in the dropdown menu while setting up loot filters. |
