Consistent network MS spikes every 5 min or so when playing Early Access

I am experiencing an issue where every few min when playing poe 2, i watch my network ms ping up to 10k+ and then my internet dies. Currently rocking an MSI stealth gs77 with nvidia rtx laptop 3060. I have tried all the fixes that others suggested such as turning graphics to low, optimizing, uninstalling, reinstalling, changing instances, etc. Nothing seems to change.
