Constant lag spikes in POE1 and POE2 early access

Hello. I have been having problems with POE 1 since the last update a couple of months ago, before early access of POE2 came out. I'm also playing POE2 in early access. Both games are unplayable right now due to constant lag spikes. Before, POE1 worked perfectly with the computer I'm using, even on the first day of POE2 I didn't have any problems either in this game, but now it lags constantly every 5-10 seconds. My computer has the following characteristics:

HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC

Amd Ryzen 7 7730U with Radeon Graphics 2Ghz
AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x15E7)
32Gb RAM
DirectX 12

I am connected by cable and the network connection is always stable.
I have tried different graphic settings, lowering the resolution, and all the settings on low and trying all the options and nothing works.

I'm playing on PS5 PoE 2 early access and the game also unplayable after patch today. Server overload perhaps?

I was having this issue for the past 2 days now. Before that i was playing with no lag at all on my PS5. But the last 2 days i can barely play at all.
