Unexpected disconnection Occured (MTS included)

Hi,
i was doing maps on and suddenly i cannot do maps anymore as soon as i tap on portal it disconnects me to menu screen other than that i can do everything in game acts, trading, going to friends hideout etc. below i have provided MTR in pastebin i will be very thankful if u can help me out.
