Using Parsec for remote play - is it safe?

Basically the title. My home PC is decent but i can only use weak laptop on my work. It was barely enough for poe 1, so for the second i'll definitely stay on my home PC. But you know, work is boring, atlas is eternal, i have almost no lag when playing other games through Parsec, but i don't want to trigger some software protection when playing poe 2. Is somebody already using it or something similar?

Any outside software can get you banned.
