Burning monoloth

I defeated the Arbiter but i died right before he died so i respawned used my next try the boss loot dropped i got my atlas books i could not inspect the item because the boss arena reset and the bodies in the beginning are blocking me from the quest item so i went back to the refuge and added difficultly to Arbiter but every time i go into burning monoloth portal it logs me out because of the way that i defeated Arbiter this is permanent i can no longer do Arbiter again
