Footprint Cosmetic Effect not working

Synthesized footprint cosmetic effect not working or not showing when wearing King of the Faridun cosmetic armor (style 1, levitating). Technically, should work because these are two different cosmetic types, armor skin & footprint

Levitating characters don't usually count as having feet/boots on - feet/boots are needed for footprints.
