Problems with accounts! i lost everything

I have two differents accounts, (maybe from poe1 & 2) trying log out and log in again to trying fix the filter problem i lost all my characters..... i saw in poe web two account, one of then have my witchhunter lvl 89. How can i open session in ps5 with correct account?

The poe web , ask me a strange question about combine my IDs in same account and i click in yes... HELP ME PLZ, i expend a lot of time in my accoaun and now when i open the game i dont have any character...
