Quest item not giving res it says it will.

The Quest item from the mini boss in the manor that give fire resistance is not applying. This is act 1 Cruel so not sure if its supposed to be but since the other ones through cruel are figured it was bugged. I have tried it with two different characters a witch and a merc both times i checked res before I applied the quest item, both times the res didnt apply.

Candlemass, the side-boss in the Manor in Act 1, does not give fire resistance. In Act 1 the item it drops gives 20 maximum life, and in Act 4 it gives an 8 % life boost.

The side-boss Blackjaw in Acts 3/6 within Jiquani's Machinarium is the one that gives 10% fire resist.
