River Hags keep killing me

Im not sure wth is happening, but in act 3 the river hags BS frost ball and whirlpool thing keep 1 shotting me even though my resistances are at 72% and armour is at 66%. did they buff damage for enemies or is it just a broken bug?

I believe the blue ball is OHKO if you stand in it for the whole duration.

that would make sense lol. just tough being a slow ass warrior plus the additional slow that the spell causes.

I feel like its a poorly designed mechanic..maybe because I love to face tank. But no mob should ever have a skill that guarantees death. Not everyone wants to dodge or run away, I know I don't.

The River Hag's water ball does in fact drown you if you remain in it for too long (Roughly 3 seconds). The ball will instantly fade if the casting Hag is killed. This has no relation to your HP, Resistances, or Armour, just time spent in the orb (I do hope they make it scale in relation to something to allow melee better odds).

But while River Hags are a known threat, you need to be ready to get out of the orb instantly, and should always treat River Hags as the highest threat on the field.
