Question about spirit

In this video, Mathil has 253 spirit with only 1035 evasion:

The Energy shield on the chest also generates spirit.
Lead me through Grace... Gain 1 spirit for every 6 Energy Shield on Equipped Body Armour Gain 1 spirit for every 15 Evasion Rating on equipped body armour 1035 Evasion / 15 = 69 386 ES / 6 = 64.3 100 + 64 + 69 = 233 I checked the video and he has 233. Not sure where you got 253 from. |

You can get more spirit from campaign quests, sceptre, body armor and amulet.

Yes it's 233 I saw it wrong.
